World Wide Web

The World Wide Web as we know today is a taste of the future. As new devices and newer technology comes out, it will start to expand on the World Wide Web. This concludes to the cloud. Which let's you store data on the internet into a server somewhere. This is the start to expanding on the World Wide Web. As Mark Zuckerberg states, "Facebook will take on Google directly for dominance of search". Yes Facebook has some points by competing against Google. But good luck with that. Google probably is a chunk of the World Wide Web. Not to mention the simplicity of Google searches makes it easier. Look what happened to Bing created by Microsoft. Who even uses it? No one will ever replace Google. Who will ever say "Facebook it"?

Networks and Communication

Asynchronous and synchronous communications has many benefits. From sending a question with a click of a button to Video Chatting(Skyping) with an internet connection 24/7. They all have different purposes and some have greater purposes than others. Text messaging can be used as a portable communication device without the use of a WiFi signal but a plan.  The only downside to these technologies is it can affect us. As Brandon Griggs from CNN states, "A new study has found that people who type or read on their phones while walking are less likely to look at their surroundings, keep their balance or walk in a straight line." I thought this was known to people. I mean it makes sense. You look down on your phone all the time you don't know where you're walking. Like you are walking blind folded. any type of technology can have it's problems. Skyping much could hurt the ears if used too much, or even ruin a sleeping schedule like me when I video chat with my friends. It's the limit we put on these Asynchronous and synchronous communications.
